What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and any gift note.
- When you pay: Razorpay handles your payment. We only receive a payment reference and whether it succeeded, never your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
- When you write a review: your rating, review, name, city, email (kept private) and any photos you upload.
- When you subscribe or ask for a back-in-stock alert: your email or phone number.
- When you browse: basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, device type) to understand what's working.
How we use it
- To make, pack, ship and track your order, and to send order and delivery updates.
- To handle returns, replacements, coupons, refunds and complaints.
- To keep the tax and accounting records the law requires (GST invoices).
- To send newsletters or back-in-stock alerts, only if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We use your details only for these purposes, with your consent, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs:
- Razorpay, to process payments.
- India Post, to deliver your parcel: your name, address and phone number.
- Our website, database and email providers, which store and send information on our behalf.
- Government authorities, only when the law requires it.
We never sell or rent your personal data.
Cookies & your browser
Your cart, wishlist and light or dark theme are saved in your own browser so they're still there next time. You can clear them any time from your browser settings. We don't use advertising cookies.
Reviews & photos
Reviews and photos you send are checked by our team before they go live. Once approved, your rating, review, first name, city and photos are shown publicly on the site. Your email is never shown. Ask us any time and we'll take your review down.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: for as long as tax law requires (currently about six years under GST rules).
- Newsletter and alert sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.
- Everything else: only as long as it's needed for the purpose you gave it for, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it's used.
- Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law).
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
- Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you're not satisfied.
Children
Our shop is meant for adults. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order for you.
Security
Our site runs on a secure (HTTPS) connection, access to order data is limited to the people who need it, and payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
