  • Optional gift wrapping is ₹20.
  • All orders are prepaid. We don't offer cash on delivery.

Packing & dispatch

  • Ready pieces are packed and handed to India Post within 1–3 working days of your order. Custom or personalised pieces take longer; we'll tell you the timeline before you pay.
  • Every parcel is packed and sealed on camera. You can watch the video on your order's tracking page.
  • Fragile pieces like candles in glass and Lippan mirrors are double-boxed and cushioned by hand, and the box is marked fragile.
  • We don't post on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery times

Once posted, India Post's average Speed Post times are:

Average transit time

  • Same city: 1–2 days
  • Metro to metro: 1–3 days
  • Within Haryana or state capital to state capital: 1–4 days
  • Rest of India: 4–5 days

Good to know

  • Villages served by a branch post office usually take one extra day
  • Sundays and public holidays aren't counted
  • Weather, festivals and remote areas can add a few days

Counting packing time, most orders arrive within 5–14 days of ordering.

Tracking your parcel

  • Once your parcel is posted, its 13-character Speed Post number (like EK123456789IN) appears on your tracking page, along with the packing video.
  • India Post also sends SMS updates to your mobile number when the parcel reaches your local post office and when it's delivered.
  • You can follow it on India Post's website at indiapost.gov.in.

Your address & delivery

  • Please give your full address, a nearby landmark, the correct PIN code and a mobile number that's switched on. The postman may call before delivering.
  • If nobody is home, India Post usually leaves a notice and keeps the parcel at your local post office for a few days for you to collect.
  • Once an order is posted, we can't change its address.

If a parcel comes back to us

If a parcel is returned to us because the address or phone number was wrong or incomplete, it wasn't collected from the post office, or delivery was refused, we'll contact you. You can choose:

  • to have it posted again, paying the new postage, or
  • store credit for the value of the items. Shipping charges aren't refunded.

Damaged in transit

India Post pays only a small, fixed amount for damaged parcels, so we don't leave you to claim from them. If your parcel arrives damaged, BHOR handles it directly, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Please film your unboxing, starting before you open the parcel, and message us within 24 hours of delivery.

If the outer box looks crushed, wet or torn when it arrives, film it before opening, and if you can, mention it to the postman.

Delays

Delivery times are India Post's averages, not guarantees. If your parcel hasn't arrived 14 days after we posted it, message us with your order ID and we'll raise it with India Post and keep you updated.
